Olivier has a long experience with Financial Institutions having served the largest universal, investment and private banks, as well as several regulators in EMEA over his 28 year career at McKinsey where he was a Director. At the firm he was one of the leaders of the European Banking and Insurance practices and led the European Merger Management practice. He also was a member of the committee evaluating colleague Directors. 

He currently is Board member and advisor to several large family owned companies where he helps the controlling shareholders setting up the governance and approaches to achieve their objectives.

Prior to working with McKinsey he was a Brand Manager at Procter&Gamble Benelux.

He holds a Master in Business Engineering, summa cum laude from the Free University of Brussels.
