Philippe has been a lawyer since 1984, and specializes in corporate law.

He earned a Master of Law and two post-graduate certificates in corporate reorganization and estate planning. He is a member of Guberna, a Belgian NPO promoting better corporate governance in all types of organisations.

Philippe has authored numerous research papers on corporations and legal entities. He is a regular conference speaker on those topics.

In addition to his strong experience in litigations and legal advice, he is an active community member and serves on the board of several non profit organizations.
