Jérôme is responsible for client relationship management, investment recommendations and business development activities. 

He advises and guides private clients in managing their investment portfolios and achieving their financial goals. 

He is also in charge of developing and expanding relationships with wholesale and institutional clients in the BeLux region.

He started his career in September 2012 as a Junior Auditor at Deloitte. 

In July 2014, he joined Intys, a Belgian scale-up active in the management consulting sector. Contributing to its business growth, he quickly progressed within the sales team and became Senior Manager in 2017. Between 2018 and 2020, he was responsible for integrating and developing a company acquired by the Intys Group: Intys Financial Services Advisory (Intys FSA). Together with his team, he succeeded in positioning the new brand and in assisting major players in the financial services industry (e.g. retail, private and investment banks, insurance and asset management companies, fintechs, etc.). During his last two years at Intys, he held the position of Head of Corporate Development, where he focused on group M&A opportunities following the entry of a Private Equity fund in its capital. After having participated in several transactions on the French market, he left to join Delcap in June 2022.



He holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the ICHEC Brussels Management School.
