Laura joined Delcap in February 2018. As a Business Administration Officer, she is responsible for providing general administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of the company and managing internal accounting.

Since 2019, she has been responsible for HR, supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, providing advice on HR-related topics. 

Actively participating in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process is also part of her daily routine.



Prior to joining Delcap, she worked at Deutsche Bank for 6 years, where she gained solid expertise in the administration and supervision of general commercial operations.
